MEAL PLANNING

All meal plans are individualised and holistic in nature, designed to optimise your health and wellbeing and can be tailored to manage a wide range of health conditions. You will be sent a comprehensive intake form that will put you in the drivers seat in determining things like how long you want to spend in the kitchen, what your taste preferences are and of course accounting for specific dietary needs. 

Have you (or your child!) recently been diagnosed with a health condition that requires you to change the way you’re eating? 

 

If you’re stuck for ideas and not sure what to eat now, have a fussy little person or worried how your child is going to meet their nutrient requirements, then this is a great option for you.

With each client, time is taken to find out specific requirements, taste preferences, intolerances, favourites foods, current meals, how many people you’re cooking for and how much time you’d like to spend in the kitchen. We can individualise meal plans to account for your specific dietary requirements, as well as incorporate many evidence backed dietary approaches that can help with specific health conditions. This is such a good option if you’ve recently been diagnosed with a health condition, are newly aware of intolerances and have decided to make some changes, or are just stuck in a rut and in need of some new ideas.

We can also choose to remove a couple of foods if there’s really strong dietary aversions, as well as ensure favourite foods (especially for fussy eaters) are included! 

 

If you are limited on time and are worried about where you’ll fit this in, we can set time parameters so you’ll only be in the kitchen for 10 or 15 minutes. You might even find some great new ideas and recipes for the whole family to enjoy! 

 

These recipes are all whole food based and certified nutritionist approved.

How To Book

Please email min@optimalyounutrition.com.au stating which meal plan you would like (7 days, 14 days or 1 month). You will be emailed a link to an online intake form where you can provide the necessary information to receive an individualised plan created with love just for you!

Payment

You will be sent an invoice, once this is paid your plan will take 48 - 72 hours. A PDF will be emailed to you containing your meal plan with recipes, shopping list, prep guide with individual macronutrient and micronutrients.
