Hi, I'm Min.

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine) and a registered practitioner with ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association).

I'd describe myself as an outdoorsy nature loving, surfy geek that loves to travel and adventure, yet gets equally excited to take a dive down research rabbit holes and get lost in the wonderland of learning about the body. The biochemistry and inner working’s of the mind and body simply fascinate me!

My interest in health and nutrition began fairly early as a young kid playing lots of sport, where my focus was aimed mostly towards performance. Yet my real passion for being in the health and wellness space and a deeper understanding of the role nutrition and lifestyle choices can have, came many years later.

I spent some wonderful years in my 20’s travelling the world that really opened my mind to the uses of natural foods as medicine, as well as taking me on a winding journey where I made several choices that had a significantly detrimental effect on both my mind and physical body. It is this journey in particular that sparked a keen interest in the role of nutrition in mental health and gave me the opportunity to experience first-hand the powerful impact nutritional medicine and a holistic approach can have on improving mood, cognition, performance and overall health markers.

My hobbies these days include surfing, travelling, hiking, studying, hugging any doggo I see, getting creative in the kitchen and of course spending quality time with my nearest and dearest. I’ve tried my hand at a few different things over the years from real estate, hospitality and retail, to solo travels around the world, competed at a national level in surfing, volleyball and soccer (as a youngster!), and recently spent five months working on a construction site on the roof of the new Cowboys stadium in Townsville, where the roof temperature was upwards of 50 degrees Celsius. These various adventures have both driven me to learn more about myself and my health, as well as called on what I’ve learnt so far in order to not just survive but thrive. There’s always something to learn and a new experience to be had!

I have a deep interest in the biochemical processes that drive our body and a fascination for how these pathways can be influenced by what we eat and the lifestyle choices we make. I take an individualised treatment approach to each and every client, with the primary goals of understanding the root cause of disease and illness and supporting people in reaching their optimal level of health.

My primary values being in the health and wellness space are to guide and help educate those who are ready and willing to better understand how their individual bodies work, there’s no cookie cutter approach here! I’m committed to doing my all to equip you with the knowledge and tools so you can feel empowered and inspired and to cultivate an ever-curious and enquiring mind. I believe wholeheartedly in the saying “give someone a fish and feed them for a day, teach them how to fish and feed them for life.” I look forward to working together with you in taking your health in your hands and optimising your health and zest for life!
